Elementary Gym Request Form

2024-2025 School Start and End Times

• School day begins at 8:00 a.m. (There is no supervision before 7:45 a.m.) 
• Students enter the building at 7:45 for breakfast. All others enter the building at 8:00.
• Ainsworth Bus and Elementary Riverside Town Stops will load at 3:45 p.m. 
• Students walking home will be dismissed as soon as the Ainsworth Bus leaves, approximately 3:47 p.m. and will leave school grounds immediately.
• Students being picked up will be dismissed at 3:47 p.m.  
• All other bus riders will load buses at 4:00 p.m.

Students enter the building at 7:45 a.m. for breakfast

Students enter the building at 7:55 a.m. for everyone else.

Ainsworth Shuttle Bus will load at 3:45 p.m.

Students walking home or being picked up will be dismissed at 3:47 p.m. and will leave school grounds immediately.

All other bus riders will load buses at approximately 4:00 p.m.

Arrival

It is requested that parents say goodbye to their children outside of the school, as much as possible.

Students will wait with their grade level peers and an adult supervisor, in the area designated for their grade level.

PK and K will wait outside the West doors.

1st-5th grade will wait on the blacktop.

Dismissal

Students will walk to the area designated for their grade level where students will wait with grade level peers and an adult supervisor.

It is requested that parents greet their children outside of the school.

It is requested that drivers drive to the front entrance in an orderly line and wait for their child to come to the vehicle. We know the safety of our children is important to all of us. We appreciate your cooperation and flexibility as we work to make Highland Elementary as safe as possible.
