Elementary Snow Removal Bids Now Being Accepted · October 25, 2019
PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS:
The Board of Directors of the Highland Community School District of Riverside, Iowa requests bids on snow removal for the elementary school grounds in Riverside, Iowa. Bids will be received by the Superintendent of Highland Community School District, 1715 Vine Avenue, Riverside, Iowa, 52327. Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 6th, 2019 at the office of the Superintendent. The bid will include removal of all inclement winter precipitation for the parking lot, sidewalks, driveways, and playground asphalt as needed for proper school operations. The bid will include the ability to remove the snow off of the playground asphalt by dumping it over a fence. This bid will also include the use of any materials to keep the sidewalks, parking lot, and playground asphalt free of ice and/or other winter precipitation that would prove dangerous to vehicles and/or persons walking on school property.
Bidding will open on Monday, October 28th, 2019 and presented to the Board of Directors at their board meeting to be held on Monday, November 11th, 2019 at the Highland High School board room.
